TPS Virtual Sports Presentation
In 2020, with the COVID-19 pandemic forcing the school and its' theatre to close, there was only one way to do to honour the events we wanted to hold for the students who had worked so hard over the past twelve months: Pre-record them for YouTube live events.

With unique challenges being met - from socially distanced recordings in the venue itself, to taking video submissions from performers and presenters, it was time to dust off the razor and get going. For the final live event, I decided to screen record the last two days of editing to see how it looked, over which time (true to tradition) last minute changes, additions and problems all reared their heads leading to an on the event day reshoot being necessary and a final day of wondering just how close to the wire it would get.

During the production process I opted to record my screens and create a time lapse of the edit - just for fun of course!
Brentford Football Club
Brentford 125th Anniversary Video

A documentary piece I put together whilst at Brentford Football Club, interviewing dozens of fans and former players about their affinity with the club.
I also created a unique brand in the build up to the 125 - and to do this I scanned hundreds of submitted historical items both in storage at the club but also submitted by Bees fans from around the world, to feature as part of the imagery (dosed in sepia to feel 'photographic nostalgia') with our 125 Badge displaying over the top.
The video was shown at the 125th Anniversary Dinner
Brentford 125th Anniversary Dinner Montage

A short montage of the evening's events (which were also streamed live on our premium service: Bees Player) to give those not in attendance a feel for the evening. Also featuring unseen Vox Pops.
The Syd Lawrence Orchestra
The Three Doctors: Reimagined
A short that I produced in my spare time with friends.
While I appear within the piece, I took the lead producing and ensuring the crew were fully prepared and briefed for the day, and then undertook lead on the main edit.
CGI was handled by another friend and collaborator (Dave Edwards).
Coppice Spring School
My former schoolteacher was now Headteacher of a specialist unit in Southampton and he was keen to create a welcome video for future students and prospective parents to get an inside view of the school. I was extremely keen for this to be student led, so (with a little help from me) the script was completely written by the students - with the storyboard given to me by them and I even allowed a couple of students to get hands on with the camera to film a couple of shots too.
I even put together an editing timeline time lapse for the induction video - just for fun!
